Legal Basis | The Biggest Coffee Giveaway

    1. Objective of the Giveaway: By these terms (the "Terms"), Tamp Coffee located at 1 Devonshire Road London W4 2EU United Kingdom ("Tamp Coffee"), is hosting the following giveaway (the "Giveaway") for users of the Instagram platform (the "Participants"), as described below.

    2. Participants: All Participants who meet the following requirements (the "Requirements") are eligible to enter the Giveaway:
      • Must be of legal age, or if under 18, provide explicit authorization from their legal guardians via email to info@tampcoffee.co.uk.
      • Must complete the form displayed either on the ads or at https://www.tampcoffee.co.uk/pages/the-biggest-coffee-giveaway
      • Must agree to these Terms.

    3. Theme and Mechanics of the Giveaway: The Giveaway involves Participants earning points as follows:
      • 3 points for completing the entry form (required to participate).
      • 6 points for reposting designated content.
      • 3 points for following @tampcoffee on Instagram.

    4. Call to Entry: Participants may enter the Giveaway until June 25th at 23:59 UTC +1.

    5. Winners and Prizes: The winner will be selected randomly based on accumulated points. The grand prize winner will receive 2 bags of 200g of coffee every month for 6 months, with shipping included only within the UK. Additionally, all Participants who repost designated content will receive a £5 gift card for our e-commerce, redeemable via Instagram DM until the termination date of this giveaway.

    6. Notification and Prize Claim: The grand prize winner will be notified via Tamp Coffee's Instagram stories. Winners must respond within 24 hours to claim their prizes, or we will select another winner in replace.

    7. Reposting and Gift Card Claim: Participants reposting designated content will earn additional points and receive a £5 gift card for our e-commerce. The gift card must be claimed through Instagram DM. It can be claimed until the termination date of this giveaway.
    8. Disqualification of Multiple Entries: Participants detected completing the form more than once will be disqualified.

    9. Privacy Policy: Participant data will be handled according to our privacy policy: Privacy Policy.

    10. Termination of Giveaway: Tamp Coffee reserves the right to terminate the Giveaway at any time and select a winner from existing Participants.
